Do I need to book an appointment?
We recommend booking an appointment so that we can give your case the time it needs, especially for an assessment, measurements or a fitting of a prosthetic limb, brace or insole. Call us on +30 2310 282 894 or +30 2310 227 976, or fill in the form and we will call you back.
Can my treatment be covered by EOPYY?
Yes, if you are insured in Greece. We are contracted with EOPYY, Greece's national health insurance organisation, for all the products we make. You need a prescription from a doctor of the relevant specialty for the product recommended. Bring it to your appointment and we will guide you through every step. See how reimbursement works. If you are not insured in Greece, EOPYY reimbursement does not apply; you can pay privately, and any cover depends on your own insurer's rules.
Do you see patients from outside Thessaloniki?
Yes. We are based in Thessaloniki, but we see patients from all over Greece. Because making a prosthetic limb or a brace usually takes more than one visit, call us and we will schedule your appointments together, based on your needs.
What should I bring to my first visit?
Bring your doctor's prescription or referral, if you have one, and any relevant medical test results. If you already use a prosthesis, brace, orthosis or insoles, bring them with you so that we can assess them. We will tell you about anything else you need when you book your appointment.
